HP Recommended

the new update I downloaded keeps turning my laptop on and off. The keyboard lights come one, the screen lights up with the hp wolf security logo, stays on for a couple of seconds and then all lights shut off. It’s stuck in this “restart” cycle. And has been for the passed hour.
