Product: HP Pavilion 15 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Product number: J9M61UAR#ABL

Every time the PC starts up it comes up with a message saying that the app can't run on this PC. The app is the HP accelerometer. It says that it doesn't work on this version of Windows.

I uninstalled the HP 3D driveguard like I saw on the forums and the restarted my notebook.

Then I installed a new driver I found on the hp web after searching the drivers por my product number but it didn't solve my problem.

 

Any help would be appreciated thanks.
