HP spectre 15

At least 5 hp laptops are currently being used in my family and to our dismay we never knew that hp’s after sale services are very poor if you use the product outside of the country purchased from.

My hp spectre suddenly  stopped working, the power light would keep blinking and it wouldn’t start up.

I thought it might have been my fault but I didn’t do anything left the laptop on hibernation and it didn’t start up again. 
i googled the issue and alot of hp users face the same thing after an year or two.

I moved to Turkey for studying and contacted hp here. I don’t know where to start because i faced so much problems here. There phone helpline doesn’t work it redirects you to hp website where you can find a Facebook account which only replies if you know turkish and will say sorry if you text in English. It’s been more than a month now that i have been contacting hp’s team for help. I went to hp service centre in Kadikoy Istanbul. They entered the product id and key and straight forward said we cannot help there’s no support for this model in Turkey. Can you at least try to bring parts from somewhere else?

After this someone from community replied saying he will be able to help and to their dismay as well i 

Got a call from hp Turkey today and They said sorry we can’t offer any kind of help.

I’m highly disappointed in hp’s after sale services. I want you guys to replace my laptop asap since no one seems to be able to repair it from hp.

I am a student and i need my laptop for studies. It’s been a very long time now since this issue happened about 5 weeks.

I can’t believe that there are 5 hp laptops in my family and if something happens we can’t get them repaired.

 

I have been an hp fan purchasing latest envy and spectres and suggesting them to people guess from now on my opinion will change.

They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact.

 

Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
