HP defaulp laptop sold to me.

which i am trying to resolve over a month now. My HP Laptop Serial no is [Personal Information Removed]
I have put 25 reminder emails to all suport teams in India,.

HP has sold me faulty Laptop in the pandamic and surge in demand.
We are very much hasselled and mental torture and frustration as
I had purchased this Laptop with my small salary to support my girl child
online education during this Pandamic

My daugther is without a laptop and is unable to attend her online school
for the last more than one month.

Dear Sir pls help me replace my faulty laptop with a good quality checked laptop, I humbly request. As more problems have developed as it is idle for so many days.
