Hello,
I have HP ENVY 15 (2020) with Intel Core i7-10750H, Nvidia RTX 2060 Max-Q and 4k OLED display. I have purchased it on 30th-jan -2021 and I also purchased an additionalwarranty for 2 years.
I had a screen blankness issue on 12th- dec-2021, got the replacement of the screen as it was covered under the waranty. Later, there was a power input issue and screen blankness on 25th august 2022, I took it to the service centre , after 5 days they called and said there was a mother board issue and they have replaced it as it was covered under the waranty. After half-n- hour, the service person calls me back and says there is battery issue and the battery is completely dead and it should be replaced and it doesnt cover under the warranty. I have used the laptop without an adapter for 1hr straight on the day it went completely blank. Within in a span of 1 and half year I'm facing alot issues with the laptop. I think it is a faulty product. I expect a replacement of the laptop.
The service centre incharge and the technician were completely rude and they weren't helpfull at all and the handling of the laptop at service centre was not all good. They weren't explaining even the basic questions asked.
