Product: Example: Pavilion smart touch

Hi I was trying to give Away my labtop. I went into settings and tried to factory reset. There were two options. One for if I was keeping my labtop and the other was for if I was not keeping it. I pressed the one where I wasn’t keeping it,  ever since my labtop screen has been stuck on HP and has a loading circle. It keeps going black then back on. I tested the hard drive by doing Esc and it passed. I’m just not sure on what to do now
