My hp pavilion has been crashing so often with any slight movement. If I slightly tap on the bottom left corner of the keyboard it will crash and the screen will only display an arrange of changing pixels, if I tap again in the same area the pixels will sometimes change color or flashing rate. I believe this to be a hardware issue as if I leave it untouched on my desk it does not crash. Please help as I don’t know what to do 😞

I was hoping it was new enough to still be under warranty -- so you could have HP fix it for free. But HP does not work on out of warranty equipment.
Sounds like some internal connection has worked loose to the degree that any pressure on it will cause a short. Or, it could be that the motherboard has developed a hairline crack such that any case deformation, even as slight as pressing on it, causes the PC to crash.
You would have to take this laptop to a local repair shop to see if the can open it to find a short and to examine the motherboard.
I am a volunteer and I do not work for, nor represent, HP
