HP probook 450 G5 bitlocker problem after april update windows10 !!
I have a problem:
After April 10 update windows 10 I could not log in to windows and after restart windows I ran a table with a message:
Bitlocker Encryption Restore
1. I didn't know when encrypting a new laptop, the encryption feature was automatically set up and I didn't make any backup password.
I have no recovery password and I also have no backup on microsoft account.
I have blocked the two hard drives that were in the laptop and I can't get the data.
Is there any way to get to my hardware data ????
I did some photos where some data and I don't know if it can help me.
I have:
Numerical password
External Key
TPM
Thank you for your answers

Hello @Tinkotn
Thank you for posting !
The Community has a TKB article about missing or unknown Bitlocker key -> https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebooks-Knowledge-Base/Bitlocker-recovery-key-unknown-or-missing/ta-...
You may want to give it a try
If you do not have access to the Bitlocker recovery key, I am afraid there will be no official way to access the data stored on the drives. If there was a way, this would have been a major issue for Microsoft not being able to guarantee the security of their customers.
Consider in future that any back ups should be done on external media store in a different place/location - not close to the original data.
