Hi:

 

Since your PC is over 5 years old, HP no longer sells recovery media for it.

 

If you want to reinstall Windows 10, you can make your own installation media using the media creation tool from the link below.

 

Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

 

If you are asked to enter a product key during the installation process, select the 'I don't have a product key' option.

 

If you want to purchase the original operating system, Windows 8, recovery media for your notebook, this 3rd party vendor has a recover kit for sale...
