Hi all- so my daughter was given a go notebook (I assume it’s a notebook) not sure what type it’s all numbers on the back- so we tried to do a master reset as it was running very slow, something happened and now when turned on it just shows a black screen, then the hp logo and just repeats this- I have tried to do the F11 thing but it’s saying the password for the administrator is incorrect? Please help as my daughter needs it for school- really want to avoid taking it in to a shop as they might charge a lot for something I could possibly do myself- I would like to wipe the administrator off and start a fresh- again thanks for your time and any help much appreciated- also could someone tell me how to see what type of hp notebook it is- took battery off but all numbers- haven’t got a clue!!!
Thanks all 🙂
