Product: HP Stream 11-ak0000 Laptop PC (8QY67AV)

Computer seems fine, then just turns itself off. screen states that it is having a memory manager issue. Had a look at the event log, and its logging a critical event log every time this happens with the source stating kernel power but I don't know what this means.  Laptop is only a few months old, nothing on the hard drive, so not really sure what the issue is. Got it direct from HP, went onto HP assistant and it sent me here for an answer! Does this need to go back while its still in warranty? Thank you!
