i got my new laptop but HP system optimizer keeps popping up and I'm putting in my pin but it keeps popping up

I’m sorry to hear about the annoyance caused by the HP System Optimizer constantly popping up—that can be frustrating, especially on a new laptop. Let’s figure out what might be going on.

 

  • Does the HP System Optimizer pop up immediately after logging in, or does it appear at random intervals?
  • When you enter your PIN, does the software close temporarily, or does it fail to accept the PIN entirely?
  • Have you made any recent changes to your system, like installing updates or software?

 

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.

 

May I have the exact name and product number of the unit? Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
