I went to power on my laptop after a few days and when i went to power on the screen will not come one but the caps lock light is blinking. The sequence of blinking is 3 times. When i start the computer there is no hardware/motor sound like its starting up. It will not power on all i get is the blinking. I refered to the blinking chart and it says that 3 times is the memory module. I took the laptop apart and moved around the memory modules just for nothing to happen. What should my next step be?

Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Did you try booting the computer without the memory module? If no, then try and check whether you are getting any display on the computer.
Meanwhile, I recommend you contact support to check the available service options for your computer.
Here is how you can get in touch with support.
1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/
2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
