Hey Paul -
Hope'n U R well & still doing your talented work here.
Issue:
This very NICE HP G15-g019wm laptop w/a 1GHz AMD E1-2100 APU wRadeon HD Graphics is run'n Win 7 Hm Prem 64 BIT - NEW INSTALLATION.
ALL Windows Updates DONE.
All "appropriate" drivers from HP's site for this exact computer DONE...!
BUT -
This laptop has 3 USB ports; 2 on the right side of the computer (they R on a seperate PC board) and 1 on the left side of the computer (soldered on to the main board).
Of the 2 ports on the right ONLY the 1 closest to the front edge of the computer works "PROPERLY". Same with the port on the left side of the computer.
Definitation; "PROPERLY" means that the port will accept, recognize and enable ONLY A MOUSE.
NOTHING ELSE.
Got a hint for me to solve this pesky problem, please?
