HP2000 Notebook does not finish windows updates and reboots. Cannot get to desktop to run the windo

HP2000 Notebook try’s to install Windows Updates and fails at 13%, then reboots and starts reloading Windows updates.  Now has message “Failure configuring Windows updates.  Reverting Changes.  Do not turn off your computer..”. Seems to be caught in a loop

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is stuck in a Windows update loop.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I recommend you force shut down the computer by pressing and holding the power button and then wait for a minute and turn on the computer and check.

If you continue facing the issue, then perform a system restore on the computer back to the date when everything was working fine on the computer.
