I changed my hardware elements previously, they work fine.. My HP computer is not the same, as i bought previously, but it is doing well now.
The problem is that other websites recognize my computer as a new device. When Facebook and Google logging in, sign in me as a new computer device.

@dnzs, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you've upgraded hardware components on your HP Laptop - 15-dw2002nh, and while everything is functioning well, you're noticing that websites like Facebook and Google are treating your device as a new one during login. This is a common behavior after hardware changes, and I’ll explain why and how to manage it.
Websites use a combination of device identifiers (like hardware configuration, MAC address, browser fingerprint, etc.) to recognize your device. When you change key hardware components (like the motherboard, network card, or storage drive), these identifiers change, making the device appear "new" to websites.
Here are a few steps to help manage this:
Mark the Device as Trusted
- When prompted by Facebook or Google, choose the option to "Remember this device" or "Don't ask again on this device".
- This will reduce future verification prompts.
Update HP Support Assistant & Touchpoint Analytics
- Ensure your system is properly recognized by HP tools:
- Download or update HP Support Assistant: HP Support Assistant | HP® Support
- If you no longer need HP Touchpoint Analytics, you can uninstall it via:
- Control Panel > Programs > Uninstall a Program > HP Touchpoint Analytics Client
Check System Identity in Windows
- Press Windows + R, type msinfo32, and press Enter.
- Confirm that your System Model and BIOS Version reflect your current hardware setup.
Browser Settings
- If you cleared cookies or changed browsers, websites may also treat the session as new.
- Consider enabling cookies and saving login sessions in your browser.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
