Product: x360 convertible
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So, i have 2 issues

 

1. HPx360 convertible AMD Ryzen 5 keeps shutting down when I close it or leave it unattended instead of going to sleep. 

 

2. it also has crashed whilst using it 2 times now in 9 days.

 

"YOUR DEVICE RAN INTO A PROBLEM AND NEEDS TO RESTART. WE'RE JUST COLLECTING SOME ERROR INFO, AND THEN WE'LL RESTART FOR YOU. 

 

Stop code: SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED

i have a second post that explains a bit more, but was not sure how to delete this one.

 

the notebook goes to sleep, but when i wake it, it freezes, then crashes and restarts, stating "critical process died"
