Troubleshooting black screen issues on HP Notebooks: Click here to view the instructions!
HP Recommended
x360 convertible
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I think it is the display drive and things i have tried:

1. update drivers through HP SA and webpage

2. update through AMD (both recommended and optional releases) and with and without factory rest options

3. Update BIOS

4. Factory reset

5. uninstalled and reinstalled drivers (it wakes from sleep when display driver is uninstalled or disabled)

6. updated windows 10

7. tried the options through HP virtual agent

Thanks in advance

Hi@jongxing99, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

You have done the basic troubleshooting as per the document and the notebook needs to checked by taking remote access so that get to know it's a hardware or software issue.

I'd suggest you contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer or HP Chat Support Team.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
