Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought this laptop 2 years ago and it has given me nothing but trouble. I did everything I could to fix it. I had to deal with the restart loop glitch, had to re-instal Windows 10, went months of not being able to use my laptop because of all the problems.

The most recent problem was with the battery. All of the sudden, the charger wasn't charging it. It said "Plugged in but not charging," and every time it was unplugged, it would turn off. So I just always left it plugged in. But eventually, it turned off and wouldn't turn back on even having it plugged in. Sometimes if you try and turn it on, it begins to start up, but dies immediately. The internet told me the battery was definitely the problem.

I bought a new battery for it. Didn't work. I bought a new charger. Didn't work. I've dumped way too much money into this thing, and I'm thinking about just buying a Dell. My laptop becfore this one was a Dell and gave me no problems at all for 5+ years.

Does anybody have any solutions, or do you guys think this laptop has officially crapped out after less than two years?

@TrapMasterMarco,

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
