I ran the HP Hard Drive Extensive Test and the long DST check failed. Error message Hard disk 1-Primary HDD Bay. Can you assist me with fixing this error?

Hi:
The error code means that you will have to install a new hard drive and reinstall the operating system.
Below is the link to the service manual where you can find the hard drive removal and replacement procedure.

Your notebook should be supported by the HP cloud recovery tool.
Since your PC is not working, use another Windows PC with W7 64 bit or newer and a 32 GB USB flash drive, to make a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.

Did you replace the hard drive?
If so, put the cloud recovery tool USB media in the PC's USB port.
Turn on or restart the PC. Immediately start tapping the ESC key to get a menu of options.
Select the F9 boot options menu, and from that, select the USB flash drive and press the Enter key.
The PC should boot from the recovery media.
