Hi:
The error code reported, Hard Disk 1 SMART Hard Drive Detects Imminent Failure, means that the hard drive is about to fail or has failed and a new one needs to be installed, as well as reinstalling the operating system.
Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the hard drive removal and replacement procedure.

Your notebook should be supported by the HP cloud recovery tool.
If your PC is not working, use another Windows PC with W7 64 bit or newer and a 32 GB USB flash drive, to make a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC onto the replacement hard drive.
