Hi,

I would kindly ask you for your help. I've run the hard drive test through F2. Here's the result: Failure ID: GU5U7R-72F962-QFPJW1-61SR03
Product ID: H5J82EA#BED

Does anyone know what this failure ID mean? Thank you very much!

Warmly, Barbara

Hi @barbara1111

after decoading the failure ID it say's failed 303, in that case you will need to replace your Hard drive with a new one and re-install windows,

you can do this by calling HP or by your own or in a computer repair shop near by your place

to contact HP you can follow the link

Hope this helps.
