My laptop suddenly crashed. All attempts to get it to start working failed. Contacted hp and was told to take it to either Best Buy or ship to them. Took it to Best Buy and was charged a little over 300$. This is a laptop I bought BRAND NEW for almost $2K with added features in 2018. To say that I’m disappointed is an understatement. Met someone at best buy with the exact same issue and the tech guys said it’s a common issue with the model. Hp should own up to their defect! Unbelievable! Even a cheaper laptop won’t do this to me.
