A Hard Disk 3F0 error is a common boot error seen on HP models. Sometimes these boot errors occur because your hard drive has broken down and no longer works. Check to make sure your hard drive is the primary boot device in BIOS and that the cables connecting it to the motherboard are tight and secure. This could fix the issue.
