Intially when I bought the laptop, it was windows 8.1, free upgraded to windows 10. Four days back got "Authentication failure message with blue screen. I did hard test no work, then went to bios and disable security and enable lagacy mode no work, then got the windows 10 recovery usb drive from friend laptop and tried, its tried to reinstall software but failed. When I check the hard drive with using F2 key. In test hard disk failed. Please let me know what I need to need to do. If need to replace the hard disk how can I contact HP and after replace hard drive how can i install the windows. I don't have original recovery drive. The Specs page says your model shipped with Windows 10?
And there is Recovery Media available to install Windows 10 on a new hard drive. Last item in the list of Software/Drivers:
https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-15-f200-notebook-pc-touch/7630399/model/8788164
A retail 2.5" laptop SATA hard drive can be used. Western Digital, Seagate,Toshiba, etc.Just be sure to get one of at least equal capacity as the original in order to use HP Recovery Media to install Windows. It can be larger, but not smaller capacity. For instance you now have a 500GB hdd so you could use a 750GB hdd but not a 320GB hdd.

Your model is not one of the easiest to change hard drive:
http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c04763947
Once you get the hdd replaced you will boot from the Recovery Media.Immediately after powering on start tapping Esc key. From the start up menu press F9 for Boot Options. A window willl open showing bootable devices-use arrow key to move down and highlight/select USB or CD/DVD (depending on your media). Next press Enter key.
