Hard drive recently crashed in my HP pavilion laptop. I just replaced with new hard drive, and I am in need of the bootable Windows 10 OS download to reinstall to the new hard drive. Thanks!

Hi:
The Windows product key is encrypted in your notebook's BIOS.
You won't need the product key to reinstall W10.
You can make a bootable W10 installation flash drive with the media creation tool from the link below.
Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
