Victus Gaming Laptop 15-fb3025nr

I’m trying to file a warranty claim for my HP Victus laptop, which I purchased on June 3, 2025 and received on June 6, 2025.

The serial number is shown on the device and confirmed in the BIOS/System Info screen, but HP’s support site says it’s invalid.

The device has experienced a critical failure. It would not boot into Windows, required a full chkdsk /f /r, and even after partial recovery, was extremely slow and unstable. I attempted to reset the PC through both cloud and local methods, but both failed. I also ran the full suite of HP diagnostics (Extensive Test, Battery, Memory, etc.), all of which passed, yet the system remains unusable.
