HP Victus 16
Microsoft Windows 11

Hello, i have HP Victus 16-e0014ur laptop. Regardless of the scenario of using a laptop, microfreezes appear, accompanied by slow-motion audio and a slow-motion effect of the entire system as a whole for about a second. I updated all the drivers that are possible, including with the complete removal of firewood on the video card using DDU, installed the old ones, turned on maximum performance, updated BIOS, turned off unnecessary services, fast startup and hibernation, updated the memory to 16 Gb. In DPC Latency Checker, at the moment of freezing the chart jumps up to 60,000. LatencyMon also tried it, but it does not always find the moment of microfreeze and sometimes shows a maximum of 5000. I turned off all devices in turn through the device manager - video cards, adapters, in short, everything that is possible, microfreeze still occurs. From the purchase, I immediately updated to Windows 11, so I can't say if there was such a frieze on Windows 10. I really don't know what to do anymore, you can work and play, but honestly, I'm already bored. I also did diagnostics using the HP software, but it did not give any result. Is there anything else you can do, or is there an option to install Windows 10?
