Hello,

 

For at least some weeks or months I've noticed some sluggishness and increased fan rotation probably explained by this high HP Hotkey UWP Service. I found some supposed fix by HP (sp139275) but it doesn't seem to work for me. Any ideas? I also didn't find the ftp site for the dump file requested by HP.

(1) Update BIOS

(3) Let BIOS be installed until it's completely done !
