HP 15-ba018wm

As soon as I turn my laptop on it shows a battery alert error, a product information is not valid error. The HP Logo pops up & does the loading circle but goes to a blue screen telling me to select the keyboard layout. Ofcourse I pick the US layout but it then goes to another blue screen wanting me to turn off my PC or the troubleshoot option. I selected troubleshoot which went to a blue screen wanting me to pick either recovery manager or Advanced options. I've tried both options to see what would happen but the recovery manager didn't do anything & the advanced options went to get another blue screen with 6 different options on it. I ended up trying all 6 of them but nothing happened. My computer has been like this for about 5 months I can't  even login or anything like that somebody please help me!! Heres a few pics of my computer screen & what all it says.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

  • Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
  • Have you made any hardware/software changes?

While you respond to that, let's try these steps:

Firstly, let's perform Hard Reset: Follow steps from the link: https://hp.care/2GnkMa8.

Next step, BIOS default:

  1. Turn off the computer and wait five seconds.
  2. Press the Power button to start the computer and repeatedly press the F10 key to enter the BIOS setup menu.
  3. On the BIOS Setup screen, press F9 to select and load the BIOS Setup Default settings.
  4. Press F10 to Save and Exit.
  5. Use the arrow keys to select Yes, then press Enter when asked Exit Saving Changes?
  6. Follow the prompts to restart your computer.

Keep me posted for further assistance.
