Product: HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-ec1013ns

My laptop failed. Someone format the unit and install a new Windows 11 in it. But I see that I lost the things that was in my computer when I purchased in the shop. Is there any form to obtain all that came with my laptop originally he first day? I live in Spain.

Your PC is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool which you can use to make a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall Windows, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.

 

Here is an info link for how to use the utility.  You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive for this:
