Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hard drive is crashed,  no longer have original disk.  Would like to reinstall factory specs when new hard drive is installed.  Can this be done?

You can order recovery media from HP at the the link below

Otherwise you can clean install W10 for free by making bootable installation media using the media creation tool at the link below.

 

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

 

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
