So I should only have one option left that says, "Drive 0 Unallocated Space?" Or should I also have a "Drive 0 Partition 1" below that one too?

Hi:

 

Just have one drive 0 Unallocated Space remaining and make sure it is set to the max size.

 

You shouldn't need to format it or anything. W8.1 should do everything for you.
