- How do I claim warranty on my laptop battery?

My laptop (Zbook Studio G4) has a battery problem. The battery looks slightly swollen, and when not using the charger the laptop randomly shuts down. I have just one month of warranty left, so I want to get a replacement battery. The only option that is available for me (in the Netherlands) to contact HP is to call them on a phone number, but this phone number tells me it's 'not in use' when I try it. I am calling during business hours, and there is no other phone number or any other way to contact HP.
How do I contact HP and ask for a battery replacement? I honestly have no idea what to do now, there are simply 0 options left as far as I can see.

Not sure.
During the week, at least, HP Service should be open during business hours as designated in your region.

@SmaugiaVolans I understand your concern and I will bring your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP.
Although, I'll need some private information from you in order to create a case for you.
Please look for a private message requesting additional information.
Keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers, case details, etc...).
If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the "Accept as solution" on my public post, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
