You can check it against the Product No. - you can usually get this by holding down the fn key and pressing esc, otherwise see Here for a guide on locating this information.

My product # is p/n: KN919UA#ABC My serial # is s/n: (removed content). I don't see the numbers you have replied with. I hope these numbers can help you help me. Fingers crossed. Lol. Thanks.
