HP Recommended

This is an HP laptop, model 15-dw008lwm, prodID: IA406UA#ABA. An error message is displayed: Please install an operating system on your hard disk. It started when the system update was interrupted. We tried to change the operating system but it didn't work. Right after that I was asked to install an operating system on the hard drive.
