How do i install the factory iso (the one that got preinstalled with mcafee and hp jumpstart.

Hello, its me again soo basically what happed is that i wanted to install windows 8 on a preinstalled windows 10, which caused alot of problems after having problems with drivers i opted for a older thershold 1 version of windows 10 then that started to get buggy and crashed alot i got an usb downloaded windows 10 recovery crap on it installed the windows 10 (newset update) and now i just wanted to install the factory iso that got preinstalled with the laptop... one problem tho. I thought it would install the factory version of windows 10 (it was an older version) but no it installed the newest 20H2 update (note that i reinstalled the windows 10 through the settings>update a security>recovery) but the thing is that windows 10 actually did come with a SINGLE app that would be preinstalled in a factory iso of windows and that was B＆O Audio Control and it came with the umbrella wallpaper but nothing else not even the bloat ware (that i acutally used mainly amazon and dropbox) not even the fricking hp jumpstart that should come preinstalled as a default app to HP laptops. So i need help 😞 i geniunlly want to just reinstall the factory iso so everything would be working again. So if you know how to reinstall the factory sealed iso (the modified windows 10 iso that comes with bloatware) please please tell me. Thanks

Can I use the windows 10 built in reinstall windows from cloud or do I need to have the hp cloud usb thing?

Did you read the instructions ?  From the very first few lines, it clearly says

          The HP Cloud Recovery Tool allows you to download recovery software to a USB drive.
