Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I unfortunately lost power during my factory reset reboot and windows was unable to reinstall now i'm unable to get past Install windows popup, restart laptop and get same popup. Is there anywhere i can get windows recovery from device or website? Thank you in advance.

You can use HP Cloud Recovery Tool to create a bootable recovery usb drive which installs Windows, drivers and HP programs.  You need a 32 GB usb drive and can download Cloud Recovery Tool from Microsoft Store. See the HP document below for more instructions.

HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool in Windows 11 and 10 | undefined

 

When you run the Cloud Recovery tool on another computer, you'll be prompted to enter your product number. You can get it from the bottom case of the laptop (it's in very small print).
