I'm kinda at a loss at the moment, because I don't know too much about this stuff considering I'm a teenager. Does anyone know how to fix the model 15dy2031nr? I've looked up a few videos and none of them work and it still continues to blink 3 times slow and then 2 times fast. I could really use the help, thanks!

This error refers to the memory, it is damaged or not compatible. Open your notebook, if you have two memory, remove one and test it, then do the same with the other memory and swap between slots,
