Power-on and start tapping the "esc" key  or  "F10".

 

Go to BIOS/SETUP:

 

Look under System Configuration:

 

Enable: Virtualization

 

Save and Exit:

It is usually enabled in the BIOS???

 

To better assist you, the members will need the exact model number or product number of your laptop/desktop or printer???
