Product: HP MINI-110
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I just tried recovery on my netbook, but the re-installation stop on "setup is preparing fir first use"

 

How to finish the re-installation?

Btw, i visit microsoft's site to download windows 7 ISO but when i entering the serial number they ask me to contact HP ad the vendor. The microsoft recognize my serial number as "pre-install"

Now i am totally confused how to fix it.
