My laptop hard driver got crashed I have purchased new hard driver as I m not having os recovery file and my product key. When I have purchased laptop I received genuine os for life time from HP.

Actually, NO, you did not receive Windows for Life; instead, you received a PC with Windows already preloaded and a utility on it to create Recovery Media to restore it.  If you did not create that media, that is not HP's fault.  Also, the windows license belongs to the PC, not to you.

 

HP Recovery Media is a set of DVDs and a CD, or USB stick, that will erase the hard drive (removing all data, settings, and applications, reinstall the original OS, drivers, and some HP Utilities.

In some cases, you may be able to order a USB stick instead of disks. You have to order these from HP; they can not be downloaded.

You can look online for Recovery Media starting with the linked paged: http://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers

Once there, input your Product name or number. On your Software and Drivers Download page, select your Operating System and and Version. Click "Update".

If HP Recovery Media is available for your machine, down near the bottom of the page, you will see an entry for Order Recovery Media-CD/DVD/USB. Click the "+" symbol to expand that entry and click on Order Media for details.

That model should be supported by the HP cloud recovery tool, which would create the same recovery media you would be paying HP for.  All it will cost you is a 32 GB USB flash drive.

 

If your PC is not working, use another Windows PC with W7 64 bit or newer and a 32 GB USB flash drive, to make a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.
