Currently the list of available drives to install OS to is empty. Though, if I chose to click Load Storage Driver I am able to see and navigate the SSD in the browser pop-up...

 

DISKPART doesn't see it.

Thanks for the nudge in the right direction. These did the trick. I guess Windows is fussy about these new Optane SSDs. https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/29978/Intel-Rapid-Storage-Technology-Driver-Installation-S... F6flpy-x64 (Intel® VMD).zip

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to see of browsing to the storage controller drivers I zipped up and attached below allows Windows to see the drive.

 

Unzip the folder and copy the file contents of the folder to a USB flash drive.

 

These drivers were pulled from the Intel rapid storage driver exe file on your notebook's support page.
