Thanks for the details, worked for me as well, we see this at least weekly with the 840 G3, I was thinking it was the BIOS as all devices were 1.10 or earlier and once i upgraded them to 1.13 i never heard from them again but today i got a user with 1.13, so might be something either fixed in 1.14 or a problem if the user lets the battery discharge completely.
