No idea about little floating Eng . ?
I can't find a User Guide for your system -- there is a Service Guide, at least.
The keys are explained on pages 16-17.
I don't see a PrntScrn (or similar). I suspect the key spot normally used for this might be the phone answer / phone end buttons. There is also a "screen privacy" button (farther to the left). I think they (whomever designed the setup) ran out of keys.
Maybe I am wrong -- what I can see in the illustrations is somewhat limited.
IF there is an "Insert" key, it may act like a PrtScn.
Open web page
Alt key + Insert > Open Paint > Click Paste
Workaround (Not to be confused with what you want - a workaround is "an idea to consider" so you can get closer to something that works):
You can instead use Snip -- it has been around forever. The Windows 10 version is pretty good and includes a "delay" so you can click "new", quickly set up the window (click menus, etc), and then click to capture what you want from the screen. "Delay" is optional, of course.
Create a Snip of the information on the page > save the snipped image as a .jpg file

- First, you should create a "System Recovery Set", by using the built-in utility program to write to an empty 16GB USB memory-stick. If your disk-drive fails, or Windows gets corrupted, you will use this "set".
- Windows 7/8/10 have a built-in "Snipping Tool". Run it, and select a rectangular area on your screen to take a snapshot of that area. Then, "save" the image, either as a JPG or PNG file.
- Click on the ENG icon. You'll see "settings" and multiple "input methods", e.g., "English Canada" and "English US". Click on "settings". If you "remove" all the non-wanted methods, leaving just one method, the ENG will vanish.

Do you mean this model has no print screen function itself?
I am using Chinese Windows so i have tried your method but the Chinese input cannot be removed so the eng icon always shown.

I think that actually printing the screen, via a keyboard key, has not been part of Windows, for many years.
If I remember correctly, Windows XP did not have that functionality.
Later, Windows Vista/7/8/10 also do not have that functionality.
The Windows "Snipping Tool" is much more flexible.
Also, commercial programs, such as SnagIt, also are available.
One cannot remove the "current-default" method.
So, set the other method to become the default method.
Then, you can remove the method that previously was the default method.
Once you have only one method, the 'ENG' will disappear.
