Product: Hp steam
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

Ok so i bought this HP stream from.Walmart it was the display model.   So I get it home and power it up and what do I see is a password to get in to the laptop at the startup screen.   So I was wondering how to basically ser it up back to when it was brand new in the box.  Oh and i never got the startup disc eithee.  So please help

There are no startup discs anymore, so they are not included with PCs you purchase.

 

To do a factory reset, you press the Esc key repeatedly while rebooting and when the HP Startup Menu appears, you press the key corresponding to the option to do the Reset.  That will take a couple of hours or so to complete.
