Hi,
I was wondering how I could turn on Turbo Boost? I understand that there is a way through BIOS, but am not sure how to do it. If there's any easier way to do it, it would be great if someone could tell me.

I understand that you would like to switch on Turbo Boost.
This is a dynamic process as mentioned:
AMD Turbo Core technology dynamically adjusts to give you a performance boost just when the operating system requests the highest processor performance...

It will adjust its speed automatically when required, forcing it up will do more harm than good therefore vendors normally lock this in BIOS. But if you wish, the following video may help:
