  • It say the device need to repair and will need recovery tool.

Hi:

 

You should be able to use the HP cloud recovery tool using another Windows PC with W7 x64 or newer installed to create a bootable USB recovery drive, that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with the notebook.
