1. I have no key.
2. I attached a mouse, but TouchPad is still enabled.
3. I have 2 options, but all of them are frozen:
Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Tapping\TouchPad Disable Zone Settings\Double Tap to Enable or Disable TouchPad
Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Tapping\Top Left Action\Switch TouchPad Off
So, what can i do to disable TouchPad on ENVY x360 laptop?

Hello and thank you for posting, the only other option here is to go into device manager and remove the hardware or disable it from there.
If you can not shut it down from there your only other option is to physically disconnect the lead to the motherboard from the touchpad.
Here is the link to the maintenance manual for your notebook.
The other option would be to contact phone support. They can take control of your system and find out what is going on for you.
