Hp 15-ak000nx Laptop BIOS corruption

I need help on my laptop.

Problem:

Sometimes when its booted to linux mint the screen turns black and the Caps Lock key blinks 5 long and 3 short.

I can not get into the HP SureStart thingy because my laptops internal keyboard is broken and my only hope is to recover the BIOS is through usb drive.

Also, the product page for my laptop shows no drivers or softwares (https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/hp-pavilion-gaming-15-ak000-notebook/model/9044500?sku=P5M76EA).

The newest BIOS update I could find for your notebook is F.91.

Fortunately, My laptop works again but It's not running Windows so I can't use the .exe to create and update the BIOS to the latest version. 

I also searched the folder structure of the recovery drive. Is there a way to extract the bios update?

You're very welcome.

The only way to make a USB BIOS recovery drive so you can update the BIOS outside of Windows is to use another Windows PC to create the recovery drive with.

I installed Windows 10 on a separate partition and its currently updating the bios.
